Calling all Handcrafters!!!!
Sign up here for this year’s Holiday Arts & Crafts Festival! We will have a limited number of both indoor and outdoor spaces available.
This is NOT a trunk sale - please no vehicles in the interior parking lot.
There will be advertising for the event on social media and a food truck!
The Fine Print:
-Once your registration is received an invoice will be emailed to the address you have provided.
-Please arrive about an hour before start time to set up.
-Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.
-Each outdoor spot will measure approximately 10ft x10ft to accommodate most pop-up canopies. --You will need to provide your own canopy, table, etc. Be sure to bring weights for your canopy in case of high winds.
-Each indoor spot includes a 6’ table and two chairs set inside an approximate 7ft x7ft space. (Space size may vary slightly depending on location within the building).
-You will be responsible for accepting your own payments from customers so have a way to receive payments (cash, Square, Venmo, PayPal, etc.) QR codes are a handy way for customers to access most payments types easily.
-Palette Club will NOT take a percentage of your sales
-We encourage you to promote the sale and yourself to family, friends, coworkers and on social media platforms. Feel free to use the graphic that the Palette Club will advertise with on our social media accounts as well. Please follow and encourage others to follow us on Facebook at Palette Club of Midland and on Instagram @paletteclubmidland
-If you have nice photos of your products, you may forward them to us and our media team may choose to post them on our page during our promotional phase for this event. Use the email address below.
-An ADA bathroom facility will be accessible for vendors inside our building
-Our intent is to have a food truck on site for food purchases

YOUR SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE. ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS RECEIVED AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PAY FROM THAT INVOICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AGAIN YOUR SPACE WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
