TO PARTICIPATE:

  • You must be a member with the annual dues of $50.00 for a ​single membership or select from other options.


  • The entry fee of $25.00 paid in full

MEMBERS ONLY 

Artist may submit up to:

  • 7 pieces of framed art 
  • 3 pieces of unframed art 
  • (=10 total pieces) for the $25.00 fee
  • All art entries & forms are due Friday; a week before the show by 4:00pm. ​NO exceptions.

SALE DATE & TIMES

WE WELCOME YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER SO YOU CAN ENTER YOUR ART

  • ALL ART must be labeled with title, name & contact number on back. 


  • PALETTE CLUB WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for mislabeled artwork 


  • Must be Original Art


  • PALETTE CLUB will take 20% commission (tax deductible) of each piece of art sold. This contributes to bringing in National Artists to Midland for workshops. 


  • SALES TAX- PALETTE CLUB will NOT collect sales taxes. Please include sales taxes in the price of your art.


  • FRAMED ART must not exceed a maximum of 36x36 inches outside measurement (including frame)


  • LARGE ART - Special consideration on larger pieces will be on a piece by piece basis. Our wall space is limited for larger pieces.


  • If you want to sell a larger piece, please email a picture and size of your art to:   midlandpaletteclub@gmail.com

  • FRAMED ART must be appropriately framed with attached WIRE HANGER. (no alligator clips, etc)


  • UNFRAMED ART must be placed in plastic sleeve/envelope (They will be placed in a bin)


  • UNSOLD ART must be picked up on Sunday after the show ​between 1:00-3:00pm​









  • PALETTE CLUB checks received for payment of sale of art will all be made out to the PALETTE CLUB

Friday  6:00PM - 8:00PM.Refreshments and wine served
