ARTS OF THE HEART ART SALE 2019 - Registration Entry Form


COST:

  • In order to participate in the show you must be a member with the annual dues of $50 and the entry fee of $25 paid in full.

ENTRY PROCEDURE:  

  • Members may submit up to 5 pieces of framed art and 5 pieces of unframed art (10 total) for the $25 fee.
  • Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Mixed Media, Photography & Sculpture accepted
  • Dues and entry fees must be current by April 23, 2019
  • All art must be brought to the Palette Club, 907 W. Wadley, Midland, Tx 79705 (across from Young Life) on Tuesday April 23, 2019 from 10-3:00 or 5-7:00PM


DATE & TIMES:

  • Friday, April 26, 2019 to Saturday, April 27, 2019
  • Friday from 6:00PM til 8:00PM. On Saturday the hours are from 10:00AM til 5:00PM


REQUIRED:

  • All art must be labeled with title, name & contact number on back. Palette Club will not be responsible for mislabeled artwork
  • All art must be Original Art
  • Palette Club will take 15% (tax deductable) of each piece of art sold. This will go toward bringing in National Artists to Midland for Workshops. This includes their fee, lodging, food & transportation expenses
  • Framed art must not exceed a maximum of 30x36 inches outside measurement (including frame)
  • Special consideration on larger pieces will be on a piece by piece basis. Our wall space is limited for larger pieces. If you want to sell a larger piece, please email a picture and size of your art to:   paletteclub907@gmail.com
  • Framed art must be appropriately framed with attached WIRE hanger. (no alligator clips, etc)
  • Unframed art must be placed in plastic sleeve/envelope  (They will be placed in a bin)
  • All unsold art must be picked up on Sunday April 28, 2019 between 1:00-3:00pm
  • Artists must sign a release form


HOW TO's:

  • For faster service, fill out the online form below by clicking on the Orange Button.   Just drop off & no waiting!
  • For paying by check, print out the form, complete with your information and bring it with your art to the Palette Club.  We can also take credit card payments  and checks at the Palette Club. 


PALETTE CLUB:

  • Palette Club will collect all sales taxes for each artist. Your sales will then be totaled,  including taxes, less 15% (tax deductable) & you receive a check & statement within 10 days in the mail for your sales. Checks received for payment of sale of art will all be made out to the Palette Club.
  • Palette Club will provide refreshments Friday and Saturday and wine (only on Friday evening)
  • Palette Club reserves the right to refuse any inappropriate, misrepresented or inadequately framed artwork. 
  • Palette Club will advertise the Event using: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email, Website, MailChimp, Palette Club App ( to make The Art Sale more successful we encourage you to do the same!)
